Day 14 - You may not want to read this one...

I knocked out almost 1,000 calories with breakfast, went on to a great lunch - except I went out to eat which is what I gave up for lent, and finished off my horrible calorie count with an atrocious supper - I was invited to a play and he took me to supper at Pizza Ranch, need I say more?

I did, however, spend an extra 30mins on the treadmill with more time at a 15 grade incline and am technically still 2,628 calories under... yeah, I know, that doesn't count.  Well, I had a great time and will have to work extra hard to counteract my slips this week.  Tomorrow's weigh-in will tell just how much making up I have to do.

    You did great with the workouts this week. No big deal about missing this morning, hopefully you sqeezed it in! Sleep is good too!

  2. I know, right!?! And it left me hungrier than before I ate it. I shouldn't have eaten so much at Pizza Ranch but I figured my calorie count was basically screwed and I was starving again. I ended up eating about the same amount of calories for supper as I did for lunch and I ate about 3 times as much and ended up full longer. I'm done with toast, that much is for sure!
