Wow, day 2 and I'm struggling. While I managed to stay under 1,500 calories, the ones I did take in were a lot of junk with no workout to make up for it. Will make an attempt to do better tomorrow.
I am planning on a 1hr morning walk outside if it's not too cold and a workout video when I get home. Will blog about it when I'm done with the workout.
