Day 3 - Wow what a Sunday!

Ok, so my internet seems to hate me this weekend.  I haven't been able to get online from home at all.  Luckily the library is still open!

So my day goes like this...

Up at 7:30a, got my 1hr walk and 30 minutes with Tony in, shower, ate, head to library to use their wi-fi to post an update here and then on to homework, lunch, homework, supper, homework, snack, homework, off to library to post once again then back home to sleep before another 7a Monday workout with Kyle - which, OF COURSE, I'm looking forward to. :D

  1. Nice job. When you post the food eaten and then calories burned, even if you did not workout you are burning about 2400 calories just from living, and you are probably walking at least an hour a day going from place to place, so there is some to always add in alongside workouts :)
