Day 4 - still without internet :(

First off I have to say Thank You Kyle.  I really didn't want to go to the Wellness Center this morning.  I actually considered calling to postpone it until later.  Thankfully I knew you would already be half way through your workout and it would be rude of me to make that call so I dragged my sorry ... well you know ... outta bed and got myself there.  Still debating on whether it was a good idea.  My legs are SCREAMING.

Also, it just dawned on me tonight I have forgotten to include my basic calorie burn.  I can't for the life of me remember what it's called or the amount.  I am thinking it was 2,400 but for some reason that doesn't sound right to me.  I will leave it out of todays post but if you could provide that info I will include it from now on.

 I had breakfast for supper just because it sounded good... and because I've been too lazy to go shopping.  I will be heading there after class Tuesday.  No more Hot Pockets, those suckers have way too many calories!  Could have double what I ate for breakfast for that and a regular serving fills me up.

  1. Your Basal Metabolic Rate was about 2400 calories.

    Perfect job yesterday, your calories look good. So you would do:

    1500 cals eaten
    - 2400 BMR
    - 674 exercise
    -------------
    1575 caloric deficit

    Snacks are a good category to put the gum in. Be sure to include EVERYTHING eaten. Even little things like oil used to cook something, salad dressing, etc.

  2. I have been trying to remember to record as I go so I don't leave anything out. The spray I use doesn't have any calories according to the app on my iPod. As for the gum, I figured I should include that since it's supposed to have less than 5 calories per stick.

    Thanks for the reminder, who came up with the idea to call it a Basal Metabolic Rate? I just named it my resting burn :P made sense to me at the time. Oh well, I'll remember to include it from now on. It makes me feel better, like I've done more than I thought for the day.
