I got crazy busy yesterday and didn't get many calories in during the day. Because I didn't get home until after 6p thus having no time for an evening snack, I tried to cram all of my remaining caloric intake into supper. I went a little overboard on the fruits and veggies - not in response to the comment yesterday but because I didn't want it eat the rest of my Hot Pockets in order to catch up. But don't worry, I saved some for today! :D
Also, I cut my morning workout down to 1hr because I had some reading to do for my morning class and wouldn't have time after helping my friend with his Make Up Application project. I didn't have time to get back to the Wellness Center so I did another 30mins with Tony Little and his 80's hair, 5 minutes of planks - holding for 30 seconds, resting for 10 (paying for that one), and increased my daily walk to 1hr since I did a lot more walking between my class and the costume shop than normal.
