Day 8 - Results Day

I went in for my first weigh-in since starting my diet/training with Kyle.  I'm down 13 pounds!  Very exciting to see results like that so soon.  I'm still not sure whether the post-workout weigh-in effects the results - kind of thinking it may - but with results like that I'm happy with that. :D

Keeping it short tonight because I have a 10 page paper to write by Monday... guess I should have been working on it for the last month but have been distracted and work better under pressure... except on tests, obviously.  Anywho, so here goes...
