Day 9 - What a day...

I'm a little upset with myself.  Last night around 10p I got painfully hungry and ate 2 more of the fish fillets I'd made for lunch which added another 251 to my calorie count.  I'm not beating myself up for it since it was only 55 calories over my budget but I felt bad for eating it to begin with because it was well past 8p and shortly before bed to boot.  I did try drinking water to fill my stomach but that only made the pain worse.  I am proud of myself for stopping at 2 and waiting to see if that took the pain away.  Normally I would have eaten all 4 that I had made up at lunch time.

So today I tried to get into writing a paper for Traumatic (or Dramatic, depends on who you ask) Lit class.  I did get the reading done for Monday's class but my paper isn't holding my interest like I thought it would.  I will be trying harder tomorrow since the first draft is due Monday.  May have to b.s. my way through since it is only my first draft but I would rather not since I really am interested in the subject matter, just not the research part of it.  All I can say is I would SO suck as a legal aide!

I didn’t reach my 1,428 budget (application lowered the 1,500 budget with the wieghtloss) but so far it isn’t effecting me horribly.  I’ll pay closer attention to it tomorrow.

  1. I swear this program hates me! I have tried everything to line up the calorie column but nothing seems to work. Tonight I did it in a word document, copied then pasted it here and this is how it came out. Oh well, such is my life... off.
