So today was my first 7a workout.  It reinforced my firm belief that I am NOT a morning person.  However, if this is the time I need to be at the gym in order to lose the most weight quickly, I will suffer thru.

My calorie count was a bit higher than initially planned (1,500) so Kyle and I modified it.  I will be starting out with a goal of 1,800 calories/day thru Sunday.  Monday I will drop that to 1,500/day.  We'll see how well that works.
