Well, I got my answer today. His reaction was definitely not a good sign. His wife is back to, “We will have to talk about it and I will get back to you”, which, in my experience, is never a good sign. It looks like I will be spending the next two years starring at these godforsaken trashy walls. I am SO not a happy camper right now.
The guy that carpools with me to class took me out for breakfast which killed my calorie count today L but that was nothing compared to the disappointing news from my landlord. My friend took me to Perkins to study with a pot of coffee and a sundae… took some of the sting out of the bad news but not all of it.

A very happy May Day to you! Today I spent the day packing up the rest of both my roommates’ belongings, tearing down their beds and removing the nail holes in the walls in preparation for painting!!
I was a bit under on my calories but then I was distracted today. Cleaning and rearranging my apartment took 7 hours and I’m not done yet! I really wasn’t paying attention to time and never really felt hungry.
With finals taking 7 hours out of the middle of my day tomorrow I doubt I will get in much of a workout but we shall see. I do have some more rearranging to do and cleaning as well so that should give me some exercise.
To keep this long story short I’ll move on…
