Don't judge...

No, I haven't posted in a while.  No, I haven't counted calories in two weeks.  No, I haven't worked out in those two weeks.  Yes, I feel bad about it.  However...  I am down to 300lbs.  I have been busy.  I am trying to find the next stage in my diet.  It took me a couple of fluctuations to get to my current weight and I want to find the next step to follow the juice program.

So, on to my next phase.  I love Rachael Ray.  I was watching her last week and she had the author of a book called The Four Hour Body.  His big selling point was his dad lost about 100lbs in a month with a TOTAL of 4 hours of exercise.  Me likey!  Now don't get me wrong, I don't expect to actually lose that much weight in that short of time.  I am interested in the little workout time.  When I receive the book I will pass the information along if you're interested.

I won't keep you any longer.  I should have the book this week, I'll post again when I receive it.  Until then, ENJOY YOUR SUMMER!

  1. It's a pretty good book. His other book, the four hour work week is an excellent read as well.
