Had a bad day. Frustrated over Make Up Application test. While 86% isn't horrible I am very disappointed with my answers. As if that wasn't bad enough, I got a look at my last History of the American Musical (H.A.M.) test score. My first test was a total bomb at 46%, my second test was 64% and my latest was 68%. While there is an increase in my scores, still I had to leave class with my hair in my face so no one would see the tears streaming down my face. I HAD it. I studied my butt off for this and HAD it less than 10 minutes before class and I could have sworn I got most of the answers right, with the exception of David Merrick, who we barely (if at all) touched on.
So, on the up side, I had an amazing workout. I was so angry over the results and embarrassed by crying over them in front of the class that I went straight to the Wellness Center, hopped on the treadmill, hit 3.5mph with an incline of 3 for 5 minutes, raised the incline to 7 and stayed there for 5 minutes, dropped to 3mph, raised incline to 15 and held it for 10 minutes, dropped it to an incline of 10, increased to 3.1mph and held for 10 minutes, dropped it 2 after that until I was at 3, dropped it .5 incline and held for the rest of my hour then did a 2 minute cool down. I had to adjust it on my app since it doesn't show the inclines, I matched it to the machine's calorie burn count. I was planning on working out with Tony again tonight but am drained from the treadmill so will hold out for tomorrow. Another 7a workout with Kyle and Tony after work sounds like a good plan to me.
Also, you may notice my water intake has increased dramatically, I bought a new water bottle yesterday before class. I've dropped it several times and it hasn't shattered (unlike the last 3) so I am able to drink more of the water I try to take with me daily.

P.S. Will be heading to the hospital for another weigh-in tomorrow morning after my workout, before food. Not sure if the workout will effect it but we shall see.
